My goal has always remained the same:
to welcome every guest as family.

Forged by experience.
Defined by hospitality.

Hospitality has been my passion for more than four decades—a journey that has taken me across three continents, from luxury hotels and corporate dining to entrepreneurship, culinary innovation, and international gastronomy.

My professional career began in Mumbai, India, where I studied Hotel Management at the prestigious Taj Mahal Inter-Continental Hotel (1981–1983). In 1984, I moved to New York City, where I spent several years working in the hospitality industry before transitioning into restaurant management.

My career then led me to California, where I served as Food & Beverage Manager at Embassy Suites Hotel in Irvine and later as Assistant General Manager for El Torito in Costa Mesa. These experiences provided a strong foundation in leadership, guest service, and restaurant operations.

In 1997, I relocated to Illinois and entered the world of corporate dining as a Food Service Director. Over the next several years, I had the privilege of managing upscale corporate dining facilities for renowned companies including 3Com, Sara Lee, Fisher Nuts, ULTA Beauty, and Capital One.

Following the events of September 11, I founded my own corporate cafeteria management company, serving businesses throughout the Chicagoland area until 2010.

Entrepreneurship has always been at the heart of my journey. In 2009, I introduced Sansaveria Crepes & Steaks in Bartlett, Illinois, followed by Crepe d^licious at the University of Illinois in Champaign. On November 11, 2011, I launched Tipsi Monkey, a concept that remains close to my heart. After a major personal transition in my life, I continued pursuing my passion by creating d^licious Crepes & Roti, an Indo-French concept that celebrated the flavors of both cultures.

My culinary journey continued with the opening of Bovino Tapas Lounge Bar (2019–2022), followed by d^licious Coffee Bar (2021–Present), and Le P’tit European-American Fusion Tapas & Bar (2022–Present), where I continue to share my passion for creative cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and memorable dining experiences.

Believing that learning never ends, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by earning a Master’s Degree in Culinary Innovation and Gastronomy from the University School of Hospitality and Culinary Management (EUHT) in Sant Pol de Mar, Barcelona, Spain. This experience broadened my culinary vision and inspired my newest European concept, BrasaNova.

Today, every dish I create reflects the experiences, cultures, and people who have shaped my journey. My goal has always remained the same: to welcome every guest as family, exceed expectations, and create an unforgettable dining experience through innovation, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality.

Thank you for being part of my journey. I look forward to welcoming you to my table.
